The Mission of the Whitehall Free Library is to continue to be a lifelong learning center for our community. The Whitehall Free Library strives to secure the informational, technological, educational, cultural and recreational materials to meet the needs of the residents of our area. The Whitehall Free Library is an active, friendly, welcoming community hub where the residents are enriched with new experiences and interact with their neighbors. We uphold the principles of intellectual freedom and the public’s right to know by providing access to information reflecting all points of view for people of all ages. To provide an inviting atmosphere and supply resources where residents can further their education, investigate local history, increase literacy and come together to enjoy social experiences and build community.
